My experience coming into Erie for the first time for auto insurance was a pleasant one. I was welcomed with open arms. I was offered something to drink. Dave took time to carefully explain everything to me in great detail. He was very knowledgeable and informational. He was patient with me and let me ask my set of questions and answered each one making sure I understood all the information he was providing me. I was very happy with my policy and it was $55 cheaper than my last one. I left feeling really full and greatly pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone just like it was recommended to me and I shopped around hard before running into this lucky charm. Dave not only played the part, he looked the part.

I never expected much from my auto and home owners insurance agent. That being said, Dave is far beyond my expectations. Always picks-up my calls or gets back to me right away, know’s the answers to my questions, assists with my needs, and CARES about the situation at hand. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with!
