It is the personal service of having a local agent-in the neighborhood where you know what our specific insurance needs would be. This is related to homeowner’s and business insurance. A few years ago we had been recommended to try Erie Insurance after we were apprehensive about the larger national phone/relationship insurers that didn’t seem to understand or explain the coverage that well. I believe that Erie is actually cost effective compared to the big Insurers- also you are getting more for the money.

Always showed patience and courtesy. Always explained answers to all my confusing questions helping me to make the best choices. Great customer service all the way around. Business that feels like family. These guys are great at what they do and their service is one of a kind. Erie is a great insurance company to be with. I don’t see ever switching my insurance Agents or my Insurance Company. These 2 guys plus makes a 5 star company and service.
